Training is divided into two parts:
Part 1: SRS OVERVIEW & STUDENT RECORDS: All SRS Users Must Take the Overview Course.
Part 2: SRS COURSE MAINTENANCE: Required Only for Users Who Will Be Maintaining Courses, immediately follows the Overview.
You should complete and submit the following forms prior to training: Access to SRS and ISC User Account Logon. Links to the forms are on the top of this page.

Should you require your mainframe password please note the following:
Between the weekday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. please contact Angela Henry (8-5031) or Chris Harnett 6-8232. Once your identity is verified, you will receive your temporary password via Secure Share.
There is no change to the weekday process for password violation resets, where you have exceeded the number of attempts to enter your password. However, for weekend and off hours support for this activity please contact our Operations partner, Blue Hill Data Services at 1-845-627-8450.
