Auditing Grade Changes

SRS maintains an electronic audit of all grade changes made to the student's record. You may view these changes and related information, such as who made the change and when it was made, on the Grade Change Audit Screen, 1U3.

All updates, including those of "blank" grade to any grade, are included in this audit.

To audit a student's grade changes:
- Establish the context line by entering SID and TERM on Screen 1U3.
- Press Enter.
